Sad to say, it was bad from day one ,way back in August. Salesman was not a salesman..easy order, 15 casement windows and a patio door. When the installer showed up..three windows were cheap sliders...and no door. I called the salesman and he said it was my fault, that for some reason I wanted to downgrade on three windows. I said please just get the right windows ordered and we would work it out.
Three weeks later I call the manufacturer and find that they have yet to order my windows and that my door was shipped, but not a word from the local rep. After repeated calls and no response for another week, a few emails to the manufacturer, I finally get a call from Rob, saying that I have to agree to pay 3,000.00 dollars more before he would order the three windows. Now it's the first of December..so i sign the email just to get this done. Three more weeks go by, if I had not call Anderson again to see where my windows were, I would still be waiting, because Rob still had not ordered them...I got mad...the door went in in December when it was -8.. that's a twelve foot door..38° in my house all day...this was to be done in September. Finished the install the last week of January..this is a summary, could go on much longer but am tired of it all and glad it's over... after seeing your response, not sure how much more detail I need to include..
